You will normally need to book at least a week in advanced and at busier times it can be two to three weeks. When booking online you will be able to see our earliest availability.
When booking online you can select how frequently you would like your car to be valeted (one off, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or other). You then book a day and time for the first valet, we will then organise a day and time that suits for all follow up visits. These will be automatically booked on our system so you will always be guaranteed an appointment at the agreed time. You can skip, move or cancel the follow up visits at anytime.
You can also get in touch with us over email, WhatsApp or over the phone and we can organise your first and subsequent visits.
Whilst we try to answer all of our calls we currently don’t have a full time office so most of our team will be out valeting during the day. Due to this it is normally best to email or WhatsApp and we will come back to you as soon as possible.
No, we can carry out our valets wherever we can get our van next to your car. We have water and a generator on board so whether you are on the street, drive or car park we can carry out our valeting and detailing packages.
If you would like to cancel or amend a booking made online just get in touch, send us your details via email, WhatsApp or call and we will amend you booking accordingly.
